Forgot to also mention, that my scene in the second episode I consulted on for Untold Stories of the ER, has been cut!!! So goes the rise and fall of the aspiring young hollywood actor. Maybe it was because I looked directly into the camera on accident as I was exiting my scene. Moglandor told me, that is a big no no. Maybe I need acting classes?

If your little mistake happened at the end of a take, they could have easily trimmed it out - if they really wanted to keep you in it. If, however, the shot went on after you left, maybe you really did seal your own fate (if that was the only take).
Maybe your debut episode had bad reviews so they trimmed you. Jar Jar Binks effect.
It seemed like your scene (as you described it) was not integral to the storytelling.
It happened, near the end of the take. As I finished talking with the lead actress, I turned to walk back to the ER. It was at that point that I made the mistake of looking into the camera. They did two takes, but the second one where I made the mistake, overall was the better take.
